We design everything at Horizon Creative Studio, but our products are shipped by our trusted logistics partners. Depending on your location, your order will ship from either:

  • The United States

  • The Netherlands

This helps us ship faster and more efficiently, depending on where you’re ordering from.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 2-5 business days after dispatch (via USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Europe: 5-7 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of the World: Delivery times may vary based on local postal services

Who Handles Shipping

While Horizon Creative Studio handles product design, customer support, and communication, our products are shipped and stored by our partners in the United States. In the Netherlands, fulfillment is managed directly by our team.
